Northtree's pool is a popular place for kids and adults to relax during summer weekends.


Northtree Sports Facilities

There are two community tennis courts available for use by Northtree residents. After a rousing tennis match head over to the pool to cool off.    Enjoy a pick-up game of basketball after a hard day at the office.


Northtree's picturesque recreation area is almost entirely surrounded by water.


Northtree Playground / Picnic Area

Behind the community pool is a playground for Northtree's smaller residents.    Always a favorite - the swings.


The picnic area behind the pool provides barbecue grills and a spectacular lake view.




Many residents use electric powered or pedal powered boats to enjoy the lake for fishing and relaxing.


Numerous rowboats, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and electric boats ply the extensive Northtree lake. Some boat for pleasure, some for exercise, and some to pursue fish.
